About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Analyst to lead our innovative and fully DevOps oriented teams in providing production support for the Asian Region and World. This position is part of a new support team formation for our company's strategic program, aiming to build a new platform for investors, lenders, and clients on syndicated markets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in application support, with exposure in the Banking industry being a plus. They must possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead the elaboration of production issues with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams, as well as lead the problem management with application teams, identify actions, and follow up the implementation roadmap.

The ideal candidate will also have prior experience in leading teams and aligning with Management. They should have functional knowledge of similar kinds, be solution-oriented, business-focused, with a mindset to constantly improve production quality and stability. Additionally, they should have basic technical skills in SQL, Unix, Microservices, and CI/CD tools, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to multitask and manage stress while maintaining empathy for end users.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of support analysts, overseeing daily operations and participating as an active member of the team.
  • Prioritize user requests based on urgency, criticality, and context, ensuring all incidents are investigated and followed up in case of third-party or vendor involvement, communication, and resolution.
  • Ensure daily support tasks, including sanity checks, on-call duties, contributions to change requests, urgent data modifications, and INTPRODs executions.

As the IT Run preferred communication channel with all stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to major events, synchronizing with other Support engineers, Users, and stakeholders. They will push for sustainable resolutions and sustain knowledge management, act as the liaison between Business users, Operations, and IT teams for all support requirements, and ensure the continuous optimization of production activity in the form of automation.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in application support, with exposure in the Banking industry being a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead the elaboration of production issues and lead the problem management.
  • Functional knowledge of similar kinds.
  • Solution-oriented, business-focused, with a mindset to constantly improve production quality and stability.
  • Basic technical skills in SQL, Unix, Microservices, and CI/CD tools.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. The salary range may vary depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
