Job Description: Preparing and sending quotations to customers in a timely manner. Revising or changing quotation details upon request from customers. Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately. Keeping track of the sales team’s communication with customers. Supporting in following up sales leads and opportunities in SAP CRM for the sales team. Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers at all levels. Supporting any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements: Some experience in commercial practice and sales administration. Understanding of SAP CRM is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Adaptable, multi-tasking, and good organizational skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. A good team player.
