Located in Singapore, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Development Assistant. This position involves assisting HR partners with daily tasks, primarily in recruitment and training.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and compile external staff training needs, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Search for local and international training organisations to provide employees with diverse development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to enhance the training platform, increasing its effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Update training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure programme success and areas for improvement.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Draft and publish job offers, highlighting the benefits of working with FCCI.
  • Schedule appointments with potential candidates, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
  • Contribute to building employer branding in Singapore and internationally through various channels, including job fairs and dedicated job platforms.
  • Participate in organising onboarding days, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into their roles.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing an internship or taking a study break and has prior experience in human resources.
  • Fluency in English and French is highly valued, as is knowledge of office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The successful applicant will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
