The Strategic Operations and Human Resources Manager is a key role that will oversee the daily operations of TWELVE CUPCAKES PTE. LTD., ensuring that all front-of-house staff are conversant with counter SOPs and service sequences. This individual will also be responsible for managing weekly rosters, providing training and guidance to new and existing staff, and carrying out ongoing performance reviews. Additionally, the Operations and Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, source hard-to-find passive talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the outlets, ensuring smooth running and adherence to SOPs
• Manage weekly rosters to meet management expectations
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff
• Conduct ongoing performance reviews and coach staff to achieve desired performance
• Source hard-to-find passive talent and oversee the recruitment process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, with experience in human resources and operations management. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, assessing, and tracking systems are also essential. Additionally, the ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively is crucial for this role.
