Responsibilities
  • Strategize and develop community engagement programs to promote social connections and interaction.
  • Lead volunteer management, including recruitment, orientation, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate community engagement projects.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • • A Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the social sector or equivalent experience preferred
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively
    • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
