We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service and Administrative Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experience and efficient administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner;
- Coordinate and arrange daily service schedules to maximize time slot utilization;
- Liaise with service and workshop teams to ensure accurate and timely communication;
- Maintain and update customer records and appointment logs;
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation;
- Provide support in daily office operations and customer follow-ups;
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent;
- Relevant admin or customer service experience is a plus;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with customers;
- Well-organized with good time management and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer systems;
- Positive attitude and team player;
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
