Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer Material orders from customers with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner, ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained.
  • Handle quotations, orders, backorders, customer complaints, and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding status updates on enquiries and deliveries.
  • Manage invoice discrepancies promptly to support Sales and Finance teams.

Secondary Objectives:

  • Provide comprehensive support for customer spares orders issues.
  • Actively manage order backlog, address customer complaints related to material orders, and coordinate follow-up activities with involved departments.
  • Organize regular reviews of customer orders and provide feedback to improve services and processes.
