Role Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and leads, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Leads Management
  • Confidently share and promote our programmes to current and prospective customers
  • Follow up with leads, arrange trial lessons, and support the enrolment process
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, and walk-ins effectively and professionally
  • Customer Service
  • Provide prompt, friendly service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and escalating when needed
  • Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude to create a welcoming experience
  • Listen to feedback and share insights to improve service
  • Stay updated on programmes and promotions to share accurate info
  • Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain organised, accurate, and up-to-date records of customer interactions, follow-ups, key activities, and relevant data
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties, such as scheduling student classes, managing enrolments, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate registration and enrolment data
  • Assist teachers and students where needed and contribute to smooth centre operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (enrichment/education setting preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MacBook and G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work at different centres when required

Work Hours:

  • Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
  • Weekends: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
  • Commitment: At least 3 days in a week, including at least two weekend shifts
  • Work schedule will be arranged based on your availability and subject to mutual agreement
