We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Job Description:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues;
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner;
- Responding to customer feedback and concerns in a prompt and respectful manner;
- Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience;
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A strong customer service background, preferably in a call centre environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work rotating shift hours, including weekends and public holidays;
- Minimum of a Diploma qualification;
