Job Title: Customer Relationship Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer-facing initiatives and contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to drive business growth through exceptional customer service, resulting in increased customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
