Key Responsibilities:

- Explain our courses and education philosophy to prospective customers.
- Promote programs to potential and existing clients.
- Build strong relationships with our customers.

- Administrative Duties:
- Arrange replacement lessons for students and appointments for parents, management or teachers.
- Responsible for the inventory and logistics.

Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications.
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service roles, preferably in enrichment settings.
- Be proficient in using MacBook and G-Suites applications.
- Be open to working across multiple locations due to operational needs.
