We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Toy Doctor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every child leaves with a smile on their face.
Key Responsibilities:- Motivate and lead staff to engage and entertain children through the creation of memorable experiences via toy repair and restoration activities.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to deliver basic toy repair and restoration services with empathy and precision.
- Address any customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction scores are consistently high.
- Uphold and demonstrate our organization's values – excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, care for wildlife, and sustainability.
- A minimum of GCE 'O' level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant formal/informal experience in a customer service-related role.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for service.
- Service-oriented, patient, and possessing good communication skills.
The ideal candidate should possess a fun-loving attitude, be able to engage and entertain children of all ages, and have creative and receptive personalities. They must also be interested in or possess basic sewing skills and able to lift heavy stocks and stand long hours. Weekend and Public Holiday work is required.
