We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Early Intervention Teacher. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children with disabilities and their families.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing high-quality educational services to children with disabilities in a supportive and inclusive environment. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.

You will also be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports that reflect each child's growth and development. Your expertise in early childhood intervention will be essential in helping us deliver effective and sustainable solutions for children with disabilities.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also play a key role in supporting our team's efforts to create a positive and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. This includes contributing to ongoing training and professional development initiatives, participating in collaborative planning and decision-making processes, and promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity throughout our organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
  • Experience working with children with disabilities, preferably in an early intervention setting;
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
