Early Years Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in empowering young minds and building a solid foundation for the next generation.

Our innovative approach and rich curriculum empower children to connect deeply with culture, society, the environment, and technology. You will plan and execute an inquiry-based curriculum tailored to children's developmental needs, ensuring a safe, fun environment for learning and play.

This role requires an educator who can:

  • Provide daily routine care and ensure a secure and engaging environment for young learners.
  • Develop and implement an inclusive and responsive curriculum that meets the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with parents and families through regular communication and collaborative practices.
  • Prepare and manage children's portfolios, showcasing their growth and development.
  • Adhere to health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards, ensuring a healthy and well-being environment.
  • Support the social, emotional, and confidence-building growth of children through play-based and project-based learning.
  • Promote core early childhood education values through events and activities that foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-T (DECCE-T).
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in early childhood education.
  • Certified by ECDA.
  • Strong understanding of the developmental needs of young children (birth to age 6).
  • Effective classroom management and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and stay organized.
  • Passionate about teaching and nurturing young children.
