  • Ensure daily routine care and provide a safe learning environment.
  • Plan and execute a child-centred curriculum tailored to developmental needs.
  • Develop strong partnerships with parents and families.
  • Prepare and manage children's portfolios.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • SUPPORT THE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL GROWTH OF CHILDREN.
  • Promote core early childhood education values through events and activities.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-T (DECCE-T)
  • Certified by ECDA.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of child development from birth to age 6.
