Empowering Neurodivergent Children

In a supportive learning environment, you will empower neurodivergent children to build functional life skills, social confidence, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen and assess potential students' needs.
- Develop, implement, and review lesson plans based on given curriculum.
- Conduct sessions according to provided lesson plans.
- Track students' progress, performance, and behavior.
- Adjust teaching methods and strategies to meet each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate with team members, parents, and therapists to ensure students' success.
- Maintain an inclusive and positive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children with special needs, including autism, intellectual disabilities, or down syndrome.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a desire to help students achieve their potential.
- Resourcefulness, result-driven, problem-solving, flexibility, and adaptability in a changing educational environment.
- Able to learn and take initiative independently.
Monday to Friday (in-person and on-site)
