The role of Centre Head is a pivotal one, overseeing the daily operations of a Student Care Centre. This includes programme planning, curriculum development, and ensuring health and safety procedures are in place.
- Key responsibilities include staff supervision and mentoring, building relationships with parents and stakeholders, and empowering children through active outreach.
As Centre Head, you will be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the centre, including administrative tasks such as finance and reporting. You will also supervise and mentor staff members, build and maintain relationships with parents and stakeholders, and empower children through active outreach and support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as at least 2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a supervisory role.
