Drive Change and Innovation

Motivated individuals with a passion for driving change and innovation are sought after to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives in our APAC teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional CI workshops and facilitate the analysis and improvement of specific end-to-end business processes. Additionally, the individual must be able to establish and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) Change Agent Network program to strengthen the capabilities of the CI Community of Practice (CoP).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through continuous improvement and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to create and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) backlog by gathering inputs through interviews, workshops, and surveys across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Continuous Improvement team in promoting innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Facilitate cross-functional CI workshops to analyze and improve specific end-to-end business processes
  • Establish and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) Change Agent Network program
  • Drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) Rewards and Recognition Program
