We provide a diverse array of employee services to HR teams and business units, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle. Our scope includes onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, absence management, payroll services, international mobility, career guidance, and risk management.
- Our team seeks a motivated and service-oriented individual to deliver compensation services for our organization.
- Collaborate closely with our service provider and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate salary payments to employees.
- Review, validate, and reconcile payroll output files from the service provider to guarantee payment accuracies and completeness.
- Participate in planning and coordinating year-end tax reporting and other periodic activities to maintain compliance with statutory and policy timelines.
- Support seeking funding for various HR initiatives.
- Actively participate in regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance quality service.
- Provide advisory and respond to employees' queries on compensation matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Diploma holder with 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- Well-versed in employment legislations and practices in Singapore.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with Workday is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player who can also work independently if required.
