Compensation Professional

We provide a diverse array of employee services to HR teams and business units, encompassing the entire employee lifecycle. Our scope includes onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, absence management, payroll services, international mobility, career guidance, and risk management.

  • Our team seeks a motivated and service-oriented individual to deliver compensation services for our organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with our service provider and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate salary payments to employees.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile payroll output files from the service provider to guarantee payment accuracies and completeness.
  • Participate in planning and coordinating year-end tax reporting and other periodic activities to maintain compliance with statutory and policy timelines.
  • Support seeking funding for various HR initiatives.
  • Actively participate in regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance quality service.
  • Provide advisory and respond to employees' queries on compensation matters in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder with 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Well-versed in employment legislations and practices in Singapore.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with Workday is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently if required.
