Our organization is seeking an experienced compensation professional to manage and process end-to-end payroll in-house for their operations. This includes processing monthly payrolls, calculating salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG, and NS make-up pay.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax filings, and other compensation matters.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage the payroll process and handle employee inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll regulations and procedures, experience working with payroll systems, and a ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
