As a Guest Relation Executive at BAES HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests in a courteous and prompt manner, ensuring a seamless transition to their dining experience.
* Develop a thorough understanding of our menu, promotions, and service procedures to provide informed assistance to guests.
* Respond to guest inquiries via email or telephone, making reservations and ensuring accurate and timely communication.
* Collaborate with the Operations / Service Operations Manager, shift leaders, and staff members to ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are escorted to their ready tables.
* Familiarize yourself with venue policies and procedures, including training, safety, and security protocols.
* Develop a working knowledge of floor staff responsibilities and venue events to provide informed support.
* Maintain the reservation desk in a well-organized and efficient manner, assisting the manager in tracking guest history profiles.
* Ensure an adequate supply of stationery is maintained.
Requirements:
* Possess a well-groomed and professional demeanor.
* Demonstrate exceptional service orientation, friendly demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Possess a good command of written and spoken English.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
* Showcase leadership, performance management, and coaching skills.
* Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
