Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our team at GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE. As a key leader in our Guest Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in building up and managing a new operational team within the front office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Guest Experience team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring alignment with our esteemed brand standards and exceeding expectations of both employees and guests.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Managers to ensure seamless coordination of operations, guaranteeing a harmonious and efficient workflow throughout the front office and guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Guest Relations, preferably at the Assistant Manager or Team Leader level within a larger operation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer relations skills.
  • Showcase strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective administrative and interpersonal skills.
