About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

You will also be responsible for inspecting the property to ensure that it meets our high standards of cleanliness and quality. This includes checking the condition of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify any areas for improvement.

In addition to your leadership and inspection responsibilities, you will also be involved in various projects and initiatives aimed at improving our services and operations. These may include revising and implementing new standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyzing performance data, and participating in staff performance appraisals.

  • Practical Experience and Knowledge
