Guest Experience Lead

Guests are at the heart of everything we do at IBIS SINGAPORE ON BENCOOLEN. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every guest has a smooth-running stay at our hotel. Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting all Guest Experience Initiatives within the property, maintaining close relationships with guests, and anticipating their needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent and a minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. A service-focused personality, strong interpersonal skills, and prior experience working with Opera or a related system are essential.
