Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at Resort World at Sentosa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front desk team and driving operational excellence.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless interactions.
  • Work closely with operations managers to maintain efficient front office management and uphold brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and delivery of guest services.
  • Play a key role in emergency response procedures, prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office/Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Able to adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
