Job Overview

The Edge Partnership is seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Manager to develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a robust development program for early career hires, ensuring strong pipelining within the organization.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to diagnose business requirements and identify learning interventions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee growth and progression within the organization.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, driving continuous process improvements.
  • Manage Learning Management System data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years' experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development, preferably in mid-to-large-sized organizations.
  • HR-related degree and relevant certifications such as SPHR, PMP, PHR, SHRM.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and a flexible work style.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
