The Edge Partnership Seeks a Seasoned Talent Management Expert
The role of Strategic Talent Management Professional at The Edge Partnership offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management plans that drive business growth and employee engagement.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-potential employees through the Management Associate and internship programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to diagnose business requirements, identify learning interventions, and ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Design and maintain career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee growth and progression within the organization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous process improvements.
- Manage Learning Management System data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified with a HR-related degree and 10-12 years experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development.
- Relevant certifications such as SPHR, PMP, PHR, SHRM will be a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and flexible work style.
- Good organizational skills with ability to multitask, manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
