Talent Management Role Overview

The Edge Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Oversee the Management Associate and internship programs, from attraction, acquisition to onboarding.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders on diagnosing business requirements and identifying learning interventions.
  • Develop and maintain career pathing frameworks and architecture to support employee growth and progression.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach in evaluating programme effectiveness.
  • Manage Learning Management System data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee training and development activities.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified with a HR-related degree with 10 to 12 years experience in Talent Management or Learning & Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SPHR, PMP, PHR, SHRM, or other relevant certifications.
