Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in talent management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing talent strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Location

This role is based in Malaysia or Singapore, with some international travel required.
