Job Summary

">

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Business Partner to join our Global Corporate Functions team in Malaysia or Singapore. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent initiatives that support our business objectives. This role requires a proven track record of operating within a global matrix environment, delivering exceptional results, and driving business outcomes through talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

About You

">

To succeed in this role, you will need 10-12 years of experience in People (HR) with exposure to best practices in talent management, leadership development, and organizational design. You should have a strong understanding of business acumen, data analysis, and technical HR acumen. Experience in coaching key business leaders and stakeholders, managing relationships effectively, and working in a multi-country/global perspective is required. Strong communication, influencing, and change management skills are also essential.

    • Lead the end-to-end talent cycle, including critical role identification, HiPo management, and succession planning.">

    • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.">
