About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Leader to join our team at Hydroleap Pte. Ltd. as a Head of People. This role is responsible for leading and managing our human resources functions end-to-end, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with Hydroleap's mission and growth objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and create talent acquisition plans.
  • Manage employee feedback mechanisms and implement actions based on survey results and one-on-one discussions.
  • Design and implement HR policies that support business objectives and comply with employment laws.
  • Oversee the development and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Senior HR Leader with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. The candidate will also have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
