About the Role

The Strategic Talent Development Manager serves as a seasoned expert, providing consultative business support to senior managers within assigned business groups. This role participates in implementing HR strategies and provides general HR support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Support the design, development, and execution of full-cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, retention, and performance.
  • HR Program Development: Contribute to designing and implementing effective employee relations, retention, and rewards programs to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate across multiple teams to drive change in the organization, ensuring alignment with job architectures and organizational job profiles.
Requirements
  • Seasoned knowledge of strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Expertise in labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Able to handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Proven track record in performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance improvement techniques.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and selection methods.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
