About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Menu Developer to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas that meet customer expectations and preferences
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure exceptional quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to achieve high standards of quality and service
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu development and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of quality

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation, with a focus on creative and innovative dishes
  • Excellent leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
