We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Operations Manager to spearhead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Chinese cuisine and live seafood, particularly with mixed rice/economy rice operations.
Job Description:This is a leadership position that requires the ability to motivate and train a team while fostering a positive work environment. As a seasoned culinary expert, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Menu planning and development, with expertise in designing varied and cost-efficient meal sets.
- Leadership and team management, with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Valid food hygiene certification and proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) with basic English reading/writing skills.
