Job Description
OverviewThe Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the company's products and services, possessing comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully executing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure they receive exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and assist customer queries
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
- Prepare and submit tender proposals when required
