As a Senior Partnership Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by originating and managing strategic third-party digital/O2O partnerships. You will work closely with the Head of New Partnerships to create new bespoke propositions and provide execution excellence through newly acquired partners.

The role involves:

  • Working closely with the Head of New Partnerships to create new bespoke propositions and provide execution excellence through newly acquired partners as a key liaison for all referrals of potential digital partners within the firm.
  • Supporting the Head of New Partnerships in facilitating opportunities with partners on lead generation campaigns.
  • Facilitating conversations for cross-functional collaboration (such as technology, marketing, customer segments, product and pricing, risk and compliance) needed to fulfill the designing, validating, implementing and servicing of value propositions.
  • Monitoring and managing regulatory requirements for each partner to ensure full compliance.
  • Proposing new initiatives and recommendations to drive campaigns outreach.
  • Driving the onboarding and implementation of digital strategic partnerships.
  • Designing and supporting value propositions and business models (including go-to market, acquisition model, operating model, service model and technology).
  • Reviewing the design and implementing of new digital campaigns to drive sales.

**Who We Are Looking For**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses a high degree of innovative and lateral thinking, solutions-orientation and ability to drive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong business and commercial acumen, ability to bring together and work with cross-functional teams, very strong pitch, presentation and communication skills, project management abilities and strong analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate should be self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge, good collaboration skills and an effective team player. Knowledge of the Financial/Insurance industry having worked with a salesforce/distribution team to drive successful adoption of solutions and programmes for conversion and sales results is also essential.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in partnerships, marketing, business development or business management. You should possess a good understanding of insurance, project management, sales and digital tools, knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

**Salary**

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
