We are seeking a Senior Partnership Development Manager to join our team at AGENCY FOR INTEGRATED CARE PTE. LTD.
About the Role:In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in building an integrated and resilient care ecosystem that enables seniors to age well in place.
- You will lead and drive enablers to build an integrated care ecosystem, including partnership frameworks, standardized processes, and performance indicators.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps and barriers in building an integrated care system.
- Develop and implement rapid prototyping solutions to mitigate systems barriers.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of building partnerships and collaborations.
- Liaise with MOH, Regional Health Systems, Primary Care, and Community Care Providers to advance the development of an integrated care ecosystem.
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic partnerships that support seniors aging well in place.
- Drive programme review and evaluation to inform future developments.
- Identify best practices and implement platforms for cross-sharing and learning between providers.
To succeed in this role, you will need a recognized degree in any discipline, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a proven ability to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with stakeholders.
- Experience in community care and multi-agency work/healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, engage, and work well with groups from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to multitask, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The salary for this position is approximately SGD 6,500 - 8,000 per month, based on market rates and location.
