Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness, program visibility, and employee engagement in Learning & Development programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to share success stories and key updates.
  • Produce compelling press releases, articles, EDMs, and social media content to highlight the impact of L&D efforts.
  • Organize and manage virtual and in-person events such as webinars, conferences, and workshops that showcase L&D initiatives.
  • Position L&D leaders and employees as thought leaders by securing speaking opportunities, award nominations, and media features.
  • Collaborate with executives, learning managers, and employees to gather feedback, develop success stories, and reinforce the company's L&D vision.
  • Monitor activities and engagement metrics to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
