About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Communications Executive to lead our learning and development (L&D) initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving engagement strategies that enhance brand awareness and employee morale.

Key Accountabilities
- Design and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to elevate program visibility and employee engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to share our success stories and key updates.
- Create impactful content, including press releases, articles, EDMs, and social media posts, to highlight the impact of our L&D efforts.
- Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops, to showcase our initiatives.
- Position our L&D leaders and employees as thought leaders by securing speaking opportunities, award nominations, and media features.
- Work closely with executives, learning managers, and employees to gather feedback, develop success stories, and reinforce our company's vision.
- Evaluate activities and engagement metrics to assess campaign success and optimize future strategies.

Requirements
- Singaporean nationals only.
- Experience in marketing, communications, project management, and writing would be advantageous.
- Minimum degree holders.
