About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Executive to join our team in the Treaty Reinsurance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in the Asia region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Claim matters: Communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations, build client relationships, and support carrier meetings.
  • Support Premium matters: Track renewals, verify contract terms, and process premium and accounts within established timeframes.
  • Identify and report contract drafting problems and errors, and support claims data analysis and reporting.
  • Quality control of claims information and reporting to business partners.
  • Issue claim/cash calls in accordance with contract terms and SLA, and process periodic reports and term adjustments.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the reinsurance industry, preferably in the Asia region.
  • Detailed, meticulous, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong computer/system literacy, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
