About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Executive to join our team at Kingsmen. As a key member of our account servicing team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional service to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project teams in implementing events and projects on site, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients from event preparation to planning and execution, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Manage client expectations on project, event, or exhibition requirements, providing cost control and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Service existing clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Attend events to stay up-to-date with current trends and industry developments.
  • Request payments and invoices from clients and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Brief designers and suppliers on client specifications and requirements, ensuring accurate delivery.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on costing, ensuring the best possible value for our clients.
  • Arrange storage for client items, ensuring secure and convenient storage solutions.
  • Deliver smooth on-site operations, checking suppliers' delivery and build against client requirements.
  • Develop costing reports for approval, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage overall project costing to ensure healthy gross profit margins.
  • Develop and submit project reports after event completion, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Liaise with venue owners regarding any damages or issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in account servicing.
  • Only Singaporean and PR candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Will to work on weekends and long hours during events/projects.
  • Ability to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment.
