Aon is a global leader in risk management and insurance, and we're seeking a talented Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our reinsurance team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

About the Role

  • Process premium closings with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely and seamless transactions.
  • Proactively review contract setups and identify unusual terms, providing prompt solutions to ensure compliance.
  • Review premium calculations and ensure prompt processing, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients, network offices, brokers, and finance teams to resolve premium booking and processing queries.
  • Identify and report issues related to processing, collaborating with managers to resolve complex problems.
  • Assist the team with premium and claim collection as needed, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor pending processing queries and undertake additional tasks assigned by managers and supervisors.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask and work independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
