Job Title: Client Service Executive/Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Executive/Officer to join our team at Talent Trader Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support in the supply chain industry, handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the implementation of customer service strategies and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
