
Servicing Excellence Team Lead

- Attend and direct daily front office operations.
- Assist in conducting training for all F&B/Front Office employees.
- Address credit problems efficiently.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Guest Service Manager and assist the Director Guest Services in formulating new procedures to enhance the Guest Service Department.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Three years of experience as a Team Leader or one year of experience as an Assistant Manager Guest Services.
