Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Team Lead to oversee daily service and lead a team of restaurant professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The Service Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring impeccable customer service, managing guest expectations, and resolving any issues that may arise. They will also assist in training and supervising Front of House staff, as well as coordinating with Back of House operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Manage guest expectations and resolve any issues

  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Maintain a healthy work environment
  • Assist in overseeing beverage programs
  • Manage and maintain POS software systems
  • Supervise delivery order execution
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of hospitality experience in leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
  • Great initiative and team leadership skills
