**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Maintains customers’ inventories, report and investigate damaged or missing inventory
- Manage manpower allocation and annual leave arrangement
- Manage Operations, Customers sales orders and cycle counts
- Manage all warehouse billing to be submit on time to the Billing team
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space and reporting monthly usage of location.
- Prepare reports for customers or audit and any ad-hoc reports required
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Update logs and documentation for processes
- Handle customers’ enquiries
- Maintain warehouse supplies and arrange equipment for repair if needed
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from the area

**Requireme**:

- Possess a Degree or Diploma qualification with 2 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Demonstrate the ability to work on issues independently and drive improvement initiatives
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on more complex and less mature processes and services
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management / manipulation
- Perform Safety training for staffs
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days/week
