Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our team in managing and responding to critical incidents that impact business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive crisis management plans, ensuring seamless execution of incident response procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, driving enhancements to ensure operational resilience.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and threat monitoring, adapting strategies to maintain compliance and ensure effective preparedness.
  • Lead post-incident reviews, facilitating timely updates and resolution of issues to enhance future incident management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields.
  • Proven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams effectively, with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Skilled in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delegating tasks efficiently, making quick and effective decisions, and coordinating with technology teams to ensure comprehensive incident management.
