The Service Delivery Lead oversees the planning, execution, and management of therapy and assistive technology services to meet strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve service excellence and organisational goals.
- Lead service design, delivery, and evaluation in collaboration with internal teams and external partner organisations.
- Manage contract preparation, service agreements, and partnership renewals including conducting biannual/annual reviews with service partners.

The Service Delivery Lead requires a university degree in a relevant field and minimum 5 years of experience in programme management or service delivery within the healthcare sector.
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Allied Health, Assistive Technology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management or service delivery within the healthcare sector, including experience working with persons with disabilities.
Additional requirements include strong interest in assistive technology, proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and experience in audit preparation and compliance.
