Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Excellence Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful Delivery Excellence Lead will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
