Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and train new service partners to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Improve the quality of existing service partners through targeted training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and innovation in our category.
  • Take ownership of key central growth tracks for the category, including projects focused on improving quality, service excellence, offerings, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an operations-related, consulting, or strategy role.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
